Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Head of Production to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, developing workflows from pre-production to post-production, and ensuring the quality and consistency of production output. This position offers valuable experience in production management within the media production industry and potential for future paid opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production workflows from pre-production through to post-production stages.

• Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimise production timelines and resources.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of production output, adhering to technical standards and objectives.

• Work closely with writers, directors, and editors to coordinate and execute production plans effectively.

• Assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals and deliverables.
