Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Content Development Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in identifying and developing new content ideas and projects, conducting market research to understand audience preferences and trends, and collaborating with writers, producers, and other creative professionals to create compelling content. This position offers valuable experience in content development within the media production industry and potential for future paid opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

• Work closely with writers, producers, and creative professionals to develop and refine content ideas, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.

• Assist in planning and organising content development schedules and workflows to meet project deadlines.
